A passion for education and training has driven my career path. Following a Postgraduate in Education, my early experience in project management for the educational technology sector opened my eyes to the power of technology in supporting effective learning from an early age. This was further strengthened by my role in European Programme management, where I supported creative and innovative approaches to training for organisations across Europe. This, coupled with the opportunity in this role to train adult learners, honed my instructional and facilitation skills.  This unique blend of experience in training, technology, and adult learning led me naturally to a career as an instructional designer and eLearning developer.
